Our Method
OUR METHOD
The Complete Delivery Model
Our six-stage methodology resolves commercial viability, constructibility, cost and risk before works commence. Every stage is client-approved before the next begins, with our post-handover stage uniquely designed to maximise business ROI.
01
Business Vision
Before any design is considered or capital is committed, Entegra works alongside your leadership team to establish what your business actually needs. Commercial objectives, operational requirements and budget parameters are defined through face-to-face discovery and site visits, so that by the time this stage is complete you have a clear, honest picture of whether a project is the right response to the need and exactly what it needs to achieve.
02
Business Case
Rather than moving straight to design, Entegra stress-tests the numbers first. Build, lease and site alternatives are analysed, a high-level cost estimate is developed by scope area and investment return modelling is completed against real operational inputs. The result is a business case that gives you and your stakeholders the confidence to commit, or the clarity to change course before any significant capital is at risk.
03
Design & De-Risk
With the business case confirmed, the project takes shape through concept designs, 3D visualisations and onsite planning assessments. Geotechnical review, permit pathway identification and buildability input from specialist contractors are completed at this stage, not after, so that compliance risk and cost uncertainty are resolved before design is locked. A guaranteed price ceiling confirmed within 3% means you proceed to detailed design with full cost confidence.
04
Detailed Design & Approvals
Every structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire requirement is documented, coordinated and resolved. Building permits are applied for and managed, council and authority approvals are obtained and material and finish specifications are confirmed. The Design and Construct contract is executed at this stage, with every approval in place before construction begins.
05
Construction Delivery
Civil works, steelwork, fitout and external works are delivered by Entegra's in-house teams and long-standing trade partners. Weekly programme and cost reporting keeps you informed throughout, variation management requires client approval before proceeding and quality inspections are completed at every stage, so that practical completion and handover reflect exactly what was agreed.
06
Post Handover
Entegra's involvement does not end at handover. Everything is managed and rectified if needed, final inspections and as-built documentation are completed and a formal project review measures outcomes against the original brief. The relationship that began at the vision stage continues well beyond the build, because for most clients this project is not the last one.

We review and approve at every stage.
You control the pace, with all outputs assessed against objectives and budget. Your formal written approval is required before proceeding. The project only advances or returns for revision based on your comfort.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Do you participate in formal tender processes?
We do not participate in 'construct only' tenders. The value we bring is through the design and de-risk phases. The traditional tender process is broken - we have seen too many projects become unviable after the soft costs required to get tender ready blowing the entire business case.
-
How early should Entegra get involved?
As early as possible. Engaging us at the vision stage means commercial goals, budget and operational requirements shape the design from day one, removing the need for multiple parties across planning and design and avoiding the costly rework that comes from resolving these things too late.
-
Are you full turnkey?
Yes. From master planning, design and engineering through to permits, procurement, fabrication, construction, fit-out, automation integration and beyond. The service we offer means our clients can be 'hands off' the project and continue to focus on their business.
-
Can you help with feasibility studies?
Yes. Early-stage consultation includes feasibility assessments, site analysis, budget parameters and strategic planning so you can make informed infrastructure decisions before any commitment is made.
-
Do you offer master planning services?
Yes. At the vision stage we work through commercial objectives, operational requirements, strategic land use and long-term growth trajectories to make sure every decision made today serves the full ambition of your business for the next 15 to 20 years.
