Client Overview

Tyremax is one of Australia's leading tyre distributors, supplying commercial, industrial, and agricultural markets across the country. As they expanded, the limitations of their initial setup became increasingly difficult to work around.

Operating across three separate Wangaratta sites, the business faced significant inefficiencies in their day-to-day operations. Stock had to be shuttled between locations, inventory was left exposed to the weather, and the fragmented setup made it harder to manage stock and serve customers effectively.

03

Key Outcomes

Tyremax engaged Entegra at the business case stage, well before any construction planning began. Working directly with the Tyremax leadership, the team stress-tested the business case, mapped the operational requirements, and designed a site around the day-to-day operation of the business. Tyremax now operates from a purpose-built facility that consolidates storage, handling and dispatch into a single, integrated operation.

With outbound docking bays that cut dispatch times and eliminated vehicle bottlenecks, every square metre of inventory now sits under the roof. Workflows that once required cross-site coordination now happen in one building, on one floor.

The phased transition kept the business running throughout, meaning no loss of profit and no forced downtime. For staff, the shift was immediate. A safer, purpose-designed environment changed the day-to-day. For customers, the change was felt in response times and service reliability.
