Results from Infrastructure Planning
Vertically Integrated
From machinery sheds to storage facilities, our sheds support large-scale cropping operations. Year-round facilities for storing grain during harvest to get your crop off when you need, order chemical and fertiliser to reduce risk. Do it all out of the same shed. Ask us how!
The biggest clear span pack houses supporting value-adding processes and diversification opportunities, whether it’s through advanced processing facilities or innovative storage solutions. We also consider whether infrastructure should be on-farm or an in town activity hub.
Productivity gains from designing comfortable environments for dairy cows, feedlot cattle, sheep and other livestock. Scientific studies and industry research attest to the positive impact of Ridgeback® on animal welfare, ensuring thriving livestock in barns, shelters or feedlots.
Entegra designs and builds infrastructure to support effective water management and irrigation systems, enhanced with superior water capture from sheds and buildings using Taperflow™ and storage options for improved utilisation on the farm.
We design and construct purpose-built offices and staff facilities essential for agricultural businesses. Our buildings enhance productivity, improve workflow, and create a comfortable environment that supports your team’s well-being, ensuring efficient and successful operations.

Whether it’s through advanced processing facilities or innovative storage solutions. We also consider whether infrastructure should be on-farm or in town to maximise benefits.
Processing plants use our purpose-built facilities to streamline their operations, from raw material intake to finished product storage, improving overall operational efficiency.
Our water and irrigation structures help clients manage their water resources more effectively, supporting sustainable agricultural practices and ensuring consistent crop growth.
Our purpose-built facilities are designed to accommodate the latest advancements in robotics and AI, enabling automated processes that enhance productivity and reduce labour costs.
Business invested in technology and upgraded into a pack house. The investment in a new pack house was part of the strategy to reduce operational costs.
Reducing waste by strategically value adding with by-products. The freeze drying of fruit involves advanced equipment and a facility capable of future expansion.
Movement of produce with advanced storage warehousing and loading docks has increased the speed of moving trucks. An improved outcome for health and safety.
Better ventilation and fitted out with amneties for staff. Efficient movement of sheep and livestock, and storage warehouse for value adding at end of the shed.
A commodity shed used all year. During harvest, the shed stores grain for short periods to increase daily truck deliveries. Store chemical, fertiliser or seed any time.
Featuring concrete panels and a large canopy, this grain shed is also used as a workshop. When the shed is full of grain, the machinery is parked under the canopy.
Ginning cotton and storing seed. The seed shed features aeration and fire hazard reduction. Able to sell cotton and seed at higher prices with the new sheds.
Contract harvesing business able to service harvesters and machinery. Large sliding doors strategically move plant and equipment. Additional staff facilities.
Fodder storage at scale. Hay sheds strategically positioned to utilise rail infrastructure for export hay. Hay sheds feature Taperflow™ gutters to capture water.

What machinery and storage solutions are required? How will grain or cotton be stored and managed efficiently?
What are the specific processes for handling and processing various crops? How can infrastructure enhance the quality and shelf-life of produce?
What facilities are needed to ensure the welfare and productivity of animals?
How will produce or livestock be moved within the facility and to the market?

Securing necessary permits is a crucial part of infrastructure planning. Our Planning and National Construction Code (NCC) Co-ordinator works behind the scenes to assist with permits and regulatory approvals, starting this process early to save money and ensure compliance.
What Our Clients Say
The new shed has taken a lot of pressure off the other two facilities because the farms probably too big just for the two sheds we had. All the fruit we pick, and we need to get it in and trucked out, it’s pretty important to have the facility.
Compared to where we used to sell flowers, out of the old shed, this is a lot better. Logistically, it runs a lot better. We run our sales out of there, bunch flowers and make-up orders – it’s where all the trade happens.
We also improved control systems in cold storage areas to ensure even better quality and longevity of product for marketing. And we now have capacity to grow our business in future, which is exciting for the next generation of the family coming on board.
An 11,000 acre farm with 7,000 acres of trees that supply almonds for this processing plant which is one of the largest single managed almond farms in the southern hemisphere, and we need to ensure that we are at the forefront of what we do.
The best thing about Entegra Sheds is the guttering system. The other day we had about 30 mm of rain in 10 minutes and the Entegra shed with the Taperflow gutter system didn’t overflow.
With the sheds, we can sit it there, we are not price takers. (Exporters) will take shedded stuff over outside stuff any day, especially when we are getting into June, July and August.
The test (butterfat and protein) went up immediately. There was a 0.2 per cent average increase across the fat and protein. They were eating more feed, obviously because they were more comfy. We didn’t budget on the test going up.
The only difference was they had the shade structure and airflow and those calves changed within a week. It was amazing. They were probably the best calves, and we’ve been rearing good calves, but with these calves, it was amazing.
They (milk processors) like the way the cows are comfortable. It’s because their customers are more aware about animal health and animal comfort these days. The manufacturers like to know that we are looking after the cows properly.
We store the aircraft in the Entegra shed to protect our assets. We operate an aerial Ag business and we are mostly spraying rice and cotton, as well as winter cereals.
