Client Overview
GrapeCo Australia is the family-owned business behind the Hellooo™ brand. For more than 50 years, the Caia family has grown table grapes in the Sunraysia region of north-west Victoria, building what is now a modern, technology-led operation spanning premium fresh grapes, frozen desserts, and in-house cold storage and logistics. From vineyard to packing, cold storage to distribution, GrapeCo controls every step.
With significant new vineyard plantings under protective nets and continued expansion underway, the existing facility could not handle the volume the new vineyard would produce. In the first season, fruit was trucked back to the home base for pre-cooling, storage and dispatch. The additional handling and time between picking and chilling had a direct impact on shelf life and quality.

Key Outcomes
GrapeCo now operates from a network of facilities across multiple sites, with the newest sitting adjacent to the expanding vineyard. Pre-cool, storage, packaging and loading are consolidated under one roof. Fruit moves directly from the paddock into the pre-cool rooms by tractor, removing the truck transport and double handling that previously separated picking from chilling. Faster pre-cooling means better shelf life, and grapes reaching retail in the condition GrapeCo's own standards require.
The business case was developed through an extended consultation between GrapeCo and the Entegra team, working through multiple design iterations to balance current storage requirements, internal and external logistics, and the long-term trajectory of the brand. The facility that emerged was designed for the future as much as the present, with the layout structured so Stage 2 can mirror the existing build around the central loading docks, growing capacity without disrupting how the operation runs today.
Down to the soffit lining beneath the canopies that prevents birds nesting above the working areas, every detail was considered. The result is infrastructure built to grow with the brand, and with the operation behind it.
