Health, Safety & Environment Policy

Entegra is committed to providing a safe, healthy and environmentally responsible workplace for all employees, contractors, visitors and the communities in which we operate. Protecting people and the environment is fundamental to our values and long-term success.

This policy applies to all business activities, including the design, fabrication and construction of steel building systems. Health, safety and environmental considerations are integrated into all planning, operations and decision-making to prevent injury, illness, environmental harm and property damage.

Effective risk management underpins Entegra's HSE performance. A risk-based approach is used to identify, assess and control hazards, risks and environmental impacts. Where risks cannot be eliminated, appropriate controls are implemented to minimise harm and support continual improvement.

Our Commitments

  • Ensure activities do not place workers, visitors or the community at risk.

  • Comply with all applicable health and safety legislation, environmental requirements, codes of practice and industry standards.

  • Minimise waste, emissions and resource consumption through responsible practices.

  • Provide appropriate information, instruction, training and supervision.

  • Encourage consultation, participation and shared responsibility across the workforce.

  • Pursue the continual improvement of HSE performance through monitoring and measuring outcomes, investigating incidents, near misses and nonconformances, and implementing effective corrective actions.
