For the purposes of this article, we have produced a top 10 of tractor manufacturers based on aspects such as sales, efficiency, and popularity.

10.   Claas

The origins of Claas go back as far as 1887 when Franz Claas founded the company, in Clarholz, Germany. The tractor section of the operations was established in 1913.

Today, Claas is known for producing tractors that are compact but as powerful as larger machines. These tractors are also comfortable and easy to use, and they have an engine that packs a punch.

9. Deutz Fahr

The origins of the Deutz tractor go back to when Nicolaus August Otto founded the Motorenfabrik N.A. Otto & Cie. Otto invented the first four-stroke spark-combustion engine together with Eugene Langen.

The company later became Klockner-Humboldt-Deutz AG (KHD) which went on to acquire FAHR in 1968. This led to the new amalgamation rebranding as Deutz-Fahr. Since then, the brand has established a global reputation for developing innovative tractors that have style.

5. Sonalika International

The Sonalika Group is another Indian company. It has its headquarters in Hoshiarpur (Punjab), India. The company was founded in 1969 and has developed a good reputation in the automobile industry.
