Hepburn Agri Centre is a trusted AGCO Massey Ferguson dealer in Swan Hill, Victoria, specialising in agricultural machinery sales and services. Since 2005, Ross and Julie Hepburn have managed the business, offering equipment and parts for a wide range of farming needs, from broadacre and livestock to vineyards and rice farming. Their team serves customers throughout Northern Victoria and the Riverina region.

Challenge:

As demand grew and the range of machinery expanded, Hepburn Agri Centre needed a larger, more functional facility to accommodate their operations. The original building became too small to handle multiple large machines simultaneously, limiting their capacity to service customers efficiently. In addition, they wanted to signal to the local community and their customers that the business was committed to staying and growing in the region.

Solution:

Hepburn Agri Centre partnered with Entegra to design and construct a new facility that met their needs for a larger workshop, showroom, and undercover working area.

Key features include:

• Spacious Workshop: The workshop accommodates large machinery like combines and tractors. Ross Hepburn noted, “We backed in two large combines, plus several tractors, and still had plenty of room.”
• Improved Customer Experience: The expanded showroom and undercover workspace enhance customer comfort and attract more visitors. Ross commented, “Customers are happier to visit, and the throughput has improved.”
• Functional Design: Entegra worked closely with Hepburn Agri Centre, from creating the initial ‘mud map’ to securing council approvals. The design included large roller doors and two workshop doors with 16-metre openings for easy access of large machinery.

The new building has significantly improved Hepburn Agri Centre’s operations and customer engagement. The workshop’s functionality has attracted new staff, and existing employees appreciate the enhanced work environment.
